Your Mission

As a Procurement Operations Specialist, you are at the forefront of ensuring smooth procurement processes and operational efficiency:

  • Operations coordination: Track and manage for the procurement processes, our shared services and keep the operational shared service on track based on continuous improvement (with SLAs and defined KPIs, coordinate operational tasks and manage internal troubleshooting and ticket handling
  • Process Optimization: Take charge of streamlining procurement workflows, ensuring seamless and efficient operations that contribute to our bottom line. Your role extends to driving process efficiency and standardization across the entire Source-to-Pay process with the Center of Excellence in Procurement
  • Enterprise Technology Support: Be the go-to person for enterprise technology support and maintenance, ensuring that our procurement tools function optimally to support our operations.
  • Tool Adoption and Issue Resolution: Play a pivotal role in supporting the adoption of our procurement tool and swiftly resolving any issues that arise for end-users and the procurement department. Your technical expertise ensures that the tool becomes an invaluable asset.
  • Procurement Master Data: Maintain the integrity of our procurement master data, ensuring accuracy and consistency that underpin effective procurement decisions.
  • Supplier Onboarding: Execute supplier onboarding seamlessly, facilitating new partnerships that contribute to our supplier ecosystem.
  • Catalog Management: Keep our catalog management in check, ensuring that our inventory is up-to-date and aligned with our procurement needs.
  • Collaborative Excellence: Collaborate closely with internal teams to foster a cohesive approach that enhances our overall operational efficiency. Your role is key in driving synergy across departments.

About the Team

The indirect procurement team empowers each individual within On to manage their procurement activities in an effective and value added way. We strive to work together on finding the right sourcing strategy, using best practice to ensure our partnerships are effective and durable and improve procurement by delivering and implementing tools to all teams in order to support their core activities. The team aims to find opportunities to reduce cost, bundle purchasing activities, set out to define new global category standards and set On up for future success.
