That's why we're seeking an experienced Senior Fraud and Risk Specialist to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your expertise to safeguard our brand, mitigate risks, and drive strategies to combat fraudulent activities across our diverse sales channels.

Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing robust fraud detection mechanisms, conducting thorough risk assessments, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen our defenses against emerging threats. Additionally, you'll play a key role in shaping our fraud prevention strategies, leveraging data analytics and industry best practices to stay ahead of evolving risks.

Your Mission

  • Lead the evaluation and enhancement of existing abuse detection processes and tools to bolster efficacy
  • Engage with global and regional stakeholders to establish and monitor key performance goals and metrics
  • Collaborate with partner teams to share knowledge and craft robust tooling for investigative processes
  • Develop and facilitate internal training programs focusing on fraud and abuse prevention and detection
  • Contribute to the formulation of security policies and initiatives to enhance customer experience during abuse scenarios
  • Aggregate and refine data for advanced analytics and the automation of investigations
  • Vendor exploration and implementation of innovative solutions for process automation and manual investigation streamlining

Your story

  • You have a proven track record of 5+ years in e-commerce fraud prevention or investigation, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry dynamics
  • You have exceptional organisational, analytical, and critical thinking skills, enabling effective problem-solving in complex scenarios
  • You can demonstrate proactivity in conducting thorough research to uncover insights and inform decision-making
  • You have excellent stakeholder management abilities, adept at navigating regional nuances while aligning with global standards
  • You are proficient in Fraud and Policy abuse prevention framework development and deployment, ensuring adherence to industry best practices
  • You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines and adeptly prioritising deliverables
  • You have experience in driving tangible improvements in customer experience through strategic initiatives involving NPS, and Customer service case load
  • You are experienced in investigating automation techniques, facilitating more efficient and effective operations

About the Team

The Direct-to-Consumer Operations & Strategic Projects team is in charge of providing an efficient and scalable operational backbone, and executing strategic initiatives to enable high and sustainable growth for the DTC business while providing best-in-class customer experience. We work closely with all functions within DTC and other functions such as supply chain and technology to implement key strategic and operational initiatives across all regions. In order to have an impact on how On’s DTC business develops, the team brings an entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset combined with strong analytical and hands-on execution skills.
