In the dynamic landscape of On, the ERP system plays a crucial role in powering our business growth and operations. We are enhancing our technology landscape to accelerate the growth of On, helping to ignite the human spirit through movement.
You will be part of a talented and diverse team of product managers and software engineers experimenting with new technologies and embracing challenges head-on. Working closely with stakeholders and functional leads, you will develop a deep understanding of our business processes, strategic and tactical goals, and communicate product progress and deliverables. You will influence by using data and risk analysis to make informed decisions.
Your role will be pivotal in driving and executing ERP initiatives impacting Commerce and Retail, supporting the ERP upgrades and release cycles, and contributing to their integration within our technology landscape.
You will be part of a cross-functional team consisting of engineers, product managers and functional consultants that implement features from design to deployment, being responsible and in charge of the full process and delivery.
