Your Mission

To support On Wholesale business long-term growth, we need a Lead-Key Account who is responsible for both on strategic level as well as on tactical and operational level.

The key objective of the Lead-Key Account is to further develop the joint business and partnership with our partners. This requires a strong partnership with our partners, and customer focus with an insight driven approach identifying and winning new commercial opportunities, in order to create value and achieve mutually profitable for both On and our partners.

You also need to clearly understand what to prioritize and innovate without relying on predefined paths or maps, starting to build a diverse network within On, while remaining curious and open to learning.

Account Management

  • Deliver On culture to the Accounts and keep them in the zone.
  • Responsible for business planning from market development perspective and partner development.
  • Responsible for planning and managing the full year sales plan, both sell-in and sell-out of the accounts.
  • Implementation of On strategy with Accounts in each market, Act as a key bridge between the Key Accounts and company.
  • Enable and Lead Accounts to build On as a premium brand from retail operation excellence in their process and behaviors, maintain sustainable and mutually beneficial growth with Accounts in the long run.
  • Be with Accounts and provide guidance and feedback from time to time through regular visit, performance review, weekly/monthly meetings, analytic on sustainable sales growth momentum.

Campaign & Community Planning/Execution

  • Organize/facilitate marketing campaigns and communities based on On marketing calendars.
  • Proactively identify new commercial opportunities with focus on both digital and support from functional experts within channel marketing.

Your story

  • 5 - 8 years-experience in the wholesale related field in retail or consumer goods industry
  • Bachelor’s degree, in a business-related field preferred
  • Strong business understanding of the Wholesale market
  • Strategic perspective combined with strong executional skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent ability to build long lasting relations with key accounts
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities, expertise in driving store operation KPI.
