This is your opportunity to become a core part of On’s Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Store Retail team and assist in the successful launch and ongoing operations of On’s first Flagship store in Chicago and second Flagship store in North America.
As a Lead Store Advisor, your passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive work environment for our team will be a core part of driving On’s Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) approach. On will rely on you to deliver exceptional customer service to each and every customer while embodying On’s core values and passion for movement.
The Pillars: You will oversee a designated store area of the following (Visual Merchandising, Product, Community, or People), driving strategy implementation, monitoring execution and fostering team engagement to ensure success in the focus area.
