The Group Brand Strategy Lead at On drives our campaign creative briefing process, impacts our core brand strategy documents that guide the marketing org, and supports our head of campaign management and Group Creative Directors on ensuring the work that goes out into the world delivers on strategy.
This role is tasked with elevating our overall strategic output. That means evolving and improving how we brief, upleveling our research, and improving our overall process. Most importantly, it means leading a team of four brand strategists, developing their talents, and upleveling the output of the group.
On emphasizes hands-on skills across all departments. For this role, we’re looking for an individual who excels at brief writing, research, planning, collaboration and storytelling. You need to know how to inspire creative and unearth insights that can drive a marketing process. You also need to know how to develop talent - to help strategists within the org take the next steps on their journey.
You see yourself as a collaborative person, and understand the value of strong opinions, healthy debate, and the need to move forward as a team. You bring your experience to the conversations, as well as your passion and knowledge. Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and build trust with empowered decision-makers is essential.

You’re part of the brand strategy team at On, and will lead a team of four strategists, reporting into you. You will engage laterally across the organization with teams including corporate strategy, product strategy, and commercial strategy. And you will often partner with brand media, digital media, and retail teams to ensure our briefs deliver a connected journey across touch points.
