As our Senior Specialist - 3D Campaign Designer, you will be at the forefront of shaping immersive retail experiences that capture the essence of our brand. You will play a key role in bringing our global campaigns to life across America’s Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and B2B stores.
Tailor On’s global campaign designs to create compelling, localized visual experiences for varying cross-channel, store formats in North & South America. You’ll also support campaign-related events and pop-ups, ensuring every touchpoint resonates with our fans.
Utilize your advanced 3D drawing and rendering skills to produce technical drawings, visualizations, and prototypes that translate On’s innovative spirit into tangible, physical experiences. Your work will ensure a seamless transition from concept to execution.
Work closely with the global Visual Experience team to adapt and refine campaign concepts for regional execution. Partner with cross-functional teams, including Retail, Marketing, and Production, to ensure cohesive and impactful in-store experiences.
Draw inspiration from best-in-class retail design practices to push boundaries, creating retail spaces that are as dynamic and forward-thinking.
Extend your expertise to support the design needs of other regions as needed, ensuring consistency and brand alignment across all markets.
You have 5+ years experience in 3D design with a portfolio that showcases your technical skills in drawing and rendering, particularly within retail environments. Your ability to bring complex concepts to life in a detailed, technical manner sets you apart.
Experience working on design projects for retail spaces. You understand how to create compelling, impactful storytelling within physical retail spaces; windows, in-store and pop-ups.
You thrive on pushing creative boundaries and bring a fresh perspective to every project. You’re a non-conformist, original thinker who can champion creative ideas into reality.
Your eye for detail is unmatched, and you take pride in delivering high-quality work. You’re meticulous in your approach, ensuring every design element aligns with our premium brand positioning.

Typical cash compensation range for this position inclusive of base + bonus: $88,000 - $110,000. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including experience, industry knowledge, qualifications, skill set, and location. Certain roles may be eligible for equity compensation in addition to cash compensation.
