On seeks a Senior Specialist - Reverse Logistics to support the operational implementation of its Cyclon program. As a Senior Specialist, you'll drive the implementation of our Cyclon program across our global reverse logistics warehouse network. Your role is crucial to execute our Take-Back program globally, by designing the operational processes and driving the implementation with our stakeholders. On’s Cyclon program has been a pioneer in the sportswear industry, charting the way to a more circular future by creating the first subscription service for recyclable shoes. We are now working towards launching an expanded program to achieve even greater impact, for which we’re bringing together a cross functional team of experts across the business.
Operational flow design: Design the operational aspects of our reverse logistics network, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Design: collaborate with Operations, Digital and Tech, ensuring the processes will be best placed to achieve its goals.
Logistics efficiency: Create efficient logistics processes at optimal cost.
Operational Implementation: Implement operational flows across our network, designing the SOPs and collaborating with our stakeholder for the implementation.
Process improvement: identify opportunities for streamlining processes and improving efficiencies within our logistics warehouse network.
Stakeholder management: collaborate with our external stakeholders and clients to identify the most suitable solution. Meet with internal stakeholders to identify project requirements, delivery timelines and costs.
Whole systems thinking: Collaborate with systems, ops and logistics teams to understand and define the overarching operations approach that ensures Cyclon becomes a core part of On’s operations going forward.
Project management: Work with various stakeholders across the globe to plan the various implementations required to execute on the Cyclon logistics strategy, and ensure that all stakeholders are able to deliver. Develop detailed project plans to guide project teams, updating and reporting results.
You have a minimum of 5 years of progressing experience working in implementing and improving Operational processes, with a focus on reverse logistics, recycling and Circularity.
Prior experience in reverse logistics management.
You have experience on operational process design and implementations, working with several stakeholders and teams.
You have good communication skills and are able to build strong cross functional relationships
You are driven to innovate and understand that consistent innovation is the result of each member of the team contributing their passion and their ideas
Preferred experience in working with systems (WMS and D365).
