The fastest growing premium sportswear brand is looking for a Senior Specialist - Sales Representative, Performance All Day (Lifestyle) to join our Strategic Partners, EMEA Sales team. With a commitment to revolutionizing performance-driven products, On is taking the global sports footwear, apparel and accessories market by storm with cutting-edge tech and innovative products.

As a Senior Specialist- Sales Rep (PAD) you will manage On’s top tier strategic lifestyle accounts to connect the On brand to our EMEA consumers and their communities, in partnership with some of the most influential global tastemakers. You will collaborate cross-functionally, connect and influence globally with team members at all levels across the Oniverse.

Your Mission

  • To establish and develop On’s Performance All Day (Lifestyle) accounts in the Central Europe Region (DACH) through strategic and selective distribution
  • Analyze sales for your Lifestyle accounts to optimize sell-in and sell-out
  • Deliver sales presentations using On materials and sales data to develop your accounts strategically and sustainably
  • Take responsibility for all internal strategic discussions around your Lifestyle accounts and their development within our international Key Account Plan
  • Oversee the sales budget and develop strategic partnerships with lifestyle accounts to maximize revenue and brand presence within the territory
  • Collaborate with Retail Marketing, Logistics, and other teams to deliver projects on time and with team spirit
  • Provide expert guidance and support to sales teams in local markets on assortment planning, product allocation, and relationship management for top-tier lifestyle accounts.
  • Partner with On's regional merchandising team to develop, refine, and forecast tailored assortments for each top-tier lifestyle account in EMEA.

Your story

  • You have 3+ years of experience in account management or a similar strategic client-facing role.
  • You bring proven sales experience ideally within sports, fashion, retail or sports lifestyle space
  • You're a skilled relationship builder, with experience developing and strengthening strategic partnerships.
  • Ideally you bring a good understanding of footwear and/or high-end fashion tastemakers across Germany; including its consumers, key accounts, and commercial needs.
  • You're adept at building new business segments and growing existing accounts with a focus on lifestyle.
  • You thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments.
  • You're passionate about our products, technology, and philosophy, and you can inspire others with that passion.
  • You have strong Excel skills, business acumen, and a strategic, analytical mindset. You can use data to drive decision-making and achieve results.
  • You have excellent communication skills, with C1+ level German and English. Additional languages are a plus!
  • You are comfortable traveling for business needs.

To connect On as a brand more closely with EMEA consumers through strategic relationships with the EMEA Key Accounts and Community Champions as well as Global Key Accounts steered out of EMEA. How do we do this? We pioneer new ways of strategic account management and growth. We enhance the EMEA Sales team with more cross functional strategic account management.
