The Digital Creation project lead will focus on building the must-have digital product creation infrastructure. Focus is to digitize the end-to-end, creation-to-shelf value chain, covering general management, creation, sourcing (supplier integration, material), marketing and sell-in. The range will cover all digital product demands from On’s business requirements - footwear to apparel and on to new initiatives like accessories.

Your Mission

  • Shape On's Digital Creation strategy and transformation program holistically across Innovation, Creation, Sourcing and Go-To-Market functions
  • Lead vision creation and roadmap for global implementation of solutions and tools and set strategic direction for roll-out of capabilities across the organization
  • Work-out tailored strategies that best cater to the various end-user teams
  • Support strategy development process and project portfolio prioritization within the organizational landscape to achieve the benefits of Digital Creation.
  • Own and manage a digital transformation project that drives change through cross functional collaboration
  • Lead communication to Executive-level sponsors and Senior Management through effective storytelling
  • Create transparency on project status / delivery and align on the priorities, to ensure resources are deployed to provide on time, high quality and consistent deliverables
  • Drive the larger organization by influencing functional teams and involving key stakeholders.
  • Independently accelerate and challenge projects to ensure the ramp up plan is achieved, solution oriented and effective

Your story

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in digital transformation environment within the footwear, apparel, accessories industry (e.g. 3D Creation, Product Management, Supply Chain Management leveraging Digital Assets and Process Automations) - Within which 4-5 years proven track record of product management experience; developing, testing and implementing user defined custom solutions (e.g. plug-ins, workflow automation, services, applications)
  • Being fascinated and connected to the Digital Community, understanding the future potential of digital products in Art, Gaming and Virtual Customer Experience.
  • Being familiar with common product creation engines (Rhino, Blender, Keyshot, etc.) and related file handling / transformation is a plus
  • Ability to launch large-scale projects and proven track records of strategic project management experience, advanced understanding of business process management, including agile methodologies and principles
  • End-to-end mindset, big picture view of what is possible without constraints
  • Creative and energetic, able to influence an agenda
  • Fluent in English, verbally and written

About the Team

The Product Operations team is the co-pilot to On’s product engine and fosters a culture of continuous improvement through increased efficiency, digitalization, and compliance. We ensure the correct information flow across internal and external teams and streamline operations by creating and managing calendars, building and improving processes, configuring and implementing ready made software, developing in-house product systems, synthesizing data across many channels, developing packaging, and spearheading product compliance. The team aims for operational excellence with a global mindset as On's R&D teams are located across multiple locations around the world.
