Your Mission

This internship will focus mostly on supporting special projects, and to drive one dedicated project during the internship from start to finish. In addition, the internship will provide a first hand look at the planning landscape in the consumer goods industry. You will support us in ensuring that we are ordering the right product at the right time for the right location, and find out how our actions are geared towards the best customer experience that On can deliver.

  • Planning for special projects: coordinating with product and commercial teams to have complete information for our suppliers to reserve materials and capacity for production

  • Following up on the production of sales trade samples: building close connections with our production planning and logistics team to ensure on time delivery for the sales window

  • Coordinating Photoshoot samples: maintaining close contact with our marketing team to ensure that we are able to deliver products to them on time for campaigns

  • Maintaining master data and supporting the team to check completeness of system data ahead of key milestones

  • Supporting the team with supply projections, material planning, capacity planning and PO creation as required

What to expect

We want to set everyone up for success, so here’s the lowdown on how we hire. Our process is a two-way street – bringing you into our culture, while helping us learn how you think.

Our full process can last about eight weeks from application to offer, because we care about getting it right. These steps explain how we usually do things.

Before you get started, feel free to consider if you want to work with us. Strange question? Well, we give people a lot of space to navigate their day-to-day and that style isn't for everyone. We want you to be passionate about what you do and be sure this is the right fit. Because when skills and passion combine – it creates that 'Wow' moment.
