We are seeking a dynamic and culturally astute Social Media Senior Specialist to lead our social media presence in Japan. This role will be instrumental in building brand awareness, fostering community engagement, and driving business growth through strategic and creative social media initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Japanese social media landscape, a passion for storytelling, and a proven track record of success in social media management.
Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for the Japanese market. Create engaging content, manage campaigns, and ensure cultural relevance. Maintain a content calendar and capture photo/video contents at events
Community Engagement: Build relationships with followers and influencers. Monitor trends and competitor activity to inform content strategy. Track brand sentiment using social listening tools
Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand reach and engagement. Develop and manage influencer partnerships, including contract negotiation, content creation, and campaign execution
Performance Analysis: Track and measure key social media metrics to evaluate effectiveness. Analyze data and insights to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Generate regular reports on social media performance and provide actionable recommendations
Additional Responsibilities: Staying current on social media trends, collaborating across teams, managing the social media budget, and adhering to brand guidelines
