As CRM Systems Specialist you will play a key role in On’s continued focus on new customer growth and retention. You will help to build out and develop existing CRM platforms to ensure a more impactful targeting of customers, while supporting the team through technological advancements and process optimisation. You are knowledgeable when it comes to ESP tool development, have a strong understanding of how data should be consumed, maintained and used, and are a true believer in the right technology and data being the backbone of outstanding CRM. This role will be customer-centric, data-driven and instrumental in scaling growth at a global scale. The position can be based in Zurich or Berlin.

Your Mission

  • Actively drive existing CRM tool requirements and enhancements to enable a more impactful activation of customers and support the CRM team through technological advancements
  • Work closely with the Engineering and IT teams to project manage and execute CRM-related projects
  • Support with the CDP implementation, as well as ESP development and maintenance
  • Collaborate with DTC Systems & Operations to manage, maintain and improve our post-purchase transactional customer journey
  • Drive the strategy with our vendor Narvar to create the best in class personalized tracking experiences, using the right technology and features
  • Own and drive the company NPS set-up and data flow, collaborate with various teams for NPS strategy implementation
  • Optimise data collection, integration and enhance customer profile enrichment - Ensure highest level of data hygiene alongside being a guardian and advocate of legal regulations and data privacy
  • Drive and advocate for a customer centric omnichannel vision within Digital team and beyond
  • Support with CRM channel exploration and innovation, as well as integration of new communication and retention channels

Your story

  • You have 3-5 years of experience as a product owner or CRM manager, with exposure to ESP integrations and CDP development, ideally in a DTC business
  • You have a strong understanding of the overall marketing technology ecosystem and a good grasp of what role each piece of technology plays
  • You have strong knowledge of ESP or CDP database management, understanding of how data is consumed, maintained and used
  • You have experience with Sailthru/Braze, Segment, Narvar, Salesforce or similar systems; understanding of HTML/CSS and Zephyr/Liquid is considered a plus
  • You have a strong desire to innovate and contribute to the success of On and are comfortable to work in a fast-paced, high performance environment managing and tracking multiple projects
  • You are a highly organised and self-motivated doer with the ability to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion
  • You demonstrate high attention to detail with the ability to execute and manage projects from beginning to end
  • You have exceptional collaboration, communication and relationship-building skills working effectively across functional teams with engineers, data scientists, digital marketeers and growth teams
