As Senior Lead - Key Accounts JD for the Strategic Partners Sales team you will strategically manage the JD Sports key account to support On’s expansion throughout the EMEA region, whilst elevating the On brand in the eyes of the consumer. You will report directly to the Senior Lead- JD Group Accounts.

Your Mission

  • Strengthening and prioritizing the strategic relationship with JD for the EMEA region. Your primary focus will be to drive sell-in growth, enhance customer loyalty, and maximize revenue opportunities all whilst supporting the development of the JD strategic account plan.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met and utilizing your industry expertise to ensure the success of On's brand and expansion within the EMEA region.
  • Leveraging reporting dashboards to make data driven decisions and guide account planning aligned with overall global objectives.
  • Staying ahead of the curve on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Leading internal and external account discussions. Preparing and delivering sales presentations using On material and data in a meaningful and engaging delivery to your customer base.
  • Supporting customer support teams to foster strong relationships, address concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Bridging global strategy to the local market trends.

Your story

  • Ideally 5+ years in key account management or strategic client management, ideally within sportswear, fashion, luxury, or premium consumer goods.
  • Experience with multinational retailers and strong knowledge of the UK/European sportswear industry, including market forces, consumer trends, and retail dynamics.
  • Proven track record in B2B account management, relationship building, meeting targets, and forecasting.
  • Analytical problem solver with strong business acumen, retail math skills, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Confident communicator and presenter, fluent/C1+ in English, with advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and similar tools.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently while identifying growth opportunities and anticipating customer needs.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and drives innovation to strengthen key accounts.
  • Valid UK Drivers licence and comfortable with travelling for international business

Our mission? To connect On as a brand more closely with EMEA consumers through strategic relationships with the EMEA Key Accounts as well as Global Key Accounts steered out of EMEA. How do we do this? We pioneer new ways of strategic account management and growth. We enhance the EMEA Sales team with more cross functional strategic account management. Inspired by athletes we are driven to do better. Always looking for new ways to support our partners in their journey to achieve their personal best.
