Global Head of Retail
As an Associate Store Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving and supporting retail initiatives to enhance operational excellence within our retail stores. Your responsibilities will include team development and performance management, overseeing inventory management, leading change management efforts, and crafting effective communications. In this role, you will work alongside Retail Operations, Retail Tech, Retail Training, and the global DTC Retail team to elevate store processes and drive operational excellence. Additionally, you will collaborate with store teams to manage and communicate store workload across departments, steer special projects, ensure smooth technical operations, and implement omni-channel opportunities in our retail stores. Typical cash compensation range for this position is between $36/hr - $40/hr with a bonus potential up to 10% of your base salary. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including experience, industry knowledge, qualifications, skill set, and location.
