Product Operations Specialist, Zurich
On Running is seeking an experienced Senior Specialist PLM to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This role is central to ensuring smooth operation of our Centric PLM system, providing key support to both internal teams and external Tier 1 (T1) suppliers. You will collaborate closely with the Product Systems Lead and PLM Specialist based in Zurich, contributing to the seamless alignment of product development processes across teams in Zurich and Vietnam.
Centric PLM Support: Be the primary support for all Centric PLM users in Vietnam, including internal teams such as product development, sourcing, and materials, as well as external Tier 1 suppliers who have access to our PLM system.
Supplier Collaboration: Ensure smooth onboarding and continuous support for external T1 suppliers using Centric PLM, addressing any system-related issues, providing training, and ensuring accurate data management.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the Product Systems Lead and PLM Specialist in Zurich to align system processes, configurations, and updates across both regions.
System Optimization & Troubleshooting: Continuously identify opportunities to optimize the use of Centric PLM, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
Training & Documentation: Provide comprehensive training sessions for internal and external stakeholders, assist in creating user-friendly guides, documentation, and best practices to ensure efficient use of the PLM system.
Data Integrity & Compliance: Ensure that all product-related data entered into the Centric PLM system is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvement initiatives, working to streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and improve collaboration within the Centric PLM system.
PLM Expertise: You bring 5+ years of experience working in Product Lifecycle Management, Centric PLM knowledge is a plus. You are comfortable with system administration, process management, and user support.
Global Collaboration: You have experience working in global teams and thrive in a cross-functional role. You are adept at working across time zones, coordinating efforts between Vietnam and Zurich.
Supplier Management: You have previous experience working with external suppliers, particularly onboarding and supporting them within a PLM environment.
Data Management: You are highly organized, with a strong attention to detail, and have experience ensuring data accuracy within PLM systems.
Communication & Training Skills: You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to provide effective training and support to both technical and non-technical users.
Problem-Solver: You have a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving system issues, always looking for ways to improve processes and workflows.
